About Me
My journey into dietetics began with a deep curiosity about how the human body functions and how the foods we eat influence our well-being. This curiosity led me to pursue dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Nutrition, followed by advanced research on infant and toddler nutrition at the Children’s Eating Lab on the Anschutz Medical Campus.
My professional training was further honed through a comprehensive dietetic internship at Children’s Hospital of Colorado and University of Colorado Hospital, where I gained hands-on experience in both pediatric and adult nutrition across a range of specialties, including oncology and diabetes. These experiences allowed me to witness firsthand the critical role that nutrition plays in managing chronic conditions and improving patient outcomes.
Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This advanced training has equipped me with the latest knowledge and skills to provide you with the highest standard of care.
I’m passionate about translating complex scientific findings into practical, actionable advice that empowers my clients to make meaningful, long-lasting changes. I believe in a collaborative approach—listening to your needs, understanding your unique circumstances, and working together to create a tailored plan that fits your life. Whether you’re looking to enhance your overall health, manage a specific condition, or simply navigate the world of nutrition with confidence, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
