Working With Me

When you choose to work with me, our journey begins with an in-depth initial consultation, typically lasting about 90 minutes. During this session, I’ll take the time to get to know you—your health history, lifestyle, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. We’ll discuss your relationship with food, any challenges you’ve faced, and the goals you have in mind. From there, I’ll create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.

Following our initial meeting, we’ll set up regular follow-up appointments, usually weekly for the first month, to ensure you’re on track and to make any necessary adjustments. These sessions, lasting 30 minutes to an hour, provide an opportunity to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and refine your plan as needed. As you continue to make strides toward your goals, we can gradually transition to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins, depending on your needs.
